My Journey With The A Team

Gosh, where do I begin? I am so thankful that I came across that Plan A RSA job posting! I feel as if I was in the right place at the right time. Funny thing is, Bhagya actually translates to “good luck” in Sanskrit, so I know for sure that it was meant to be.

Through my position as a Recruitment Support Administration with Plan A, I have been able to meet so many different and dynamic individuals who I have had the pleasure of connecting with and growing alongside. From my fellow colleagues to our field staff, I am always very happy to come into work every single day and put my heart into my work. I love being able to give a different perspective to help grow and advance our little empire!

I am also extremely excited to go to work every day because always I feel valued, appreciated, and supported by all of my fellow colleagues. It has been a breath of fresh air to be in such a positive, nurturing and supportive environment from the very beginning.

Everyone has been extremely helpful since I’ve started, and they have always been willing to answer the millions of questions that I’ve had. After three months of being in my position, I was moved into the Recruitment Support Administrator Team Lead role. Now that I am training more and more individuals, I get to repay the favor and answer their questions as well.

I remember back to when I had first met our founder, Sheri. She kept telling me how amazing Plan A was, how there is so much room to grow within the company, and how hard work pays off. I love, and sometimes laugh about, how the world works because now I get to lead a wonderful group of individuals into the next chapter of Plan A.

However, with that being said, I still have so much more to learn about our ever-growing company and I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to be part of such an amazing team– the A-Team!
